End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a template provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

  1. No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the App except as expressly permitted by law.
  2. No copying, modifying, creating derivative works, or distributing the App or its content.
  3. No selling, renting, leasing, lending, sublicensing, or making the App available to third parties.
  4. No interfering with the App’s security, access controls, or infrastructure.
  5. No automated scraping, bulk exporting of questions, or similar misuse of in-app content.

4. Ownership

The App and all related content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Exam Studios or its licensors and are protected by law. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this EULA in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

  1. Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing (and/or the app store you obtained the App from). We do not receive payment card details.
  2. Some features (e.g., “remove ads”, “pro pack <exam>”, subscriptions) may be paid. Prices and availability may change.
  3. Refunds are handled by the store’s policies (e.g., Google Play). We may assist but cannot override store decisions.
  4. If a subscription is offered, it renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period.

7. Ads & Third‑Party Services

The App uses third‑party services (e.g., Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, Crashlytics). Your use is also subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. User Content & Conduct

If the App allows saving notes, answers, or other content, you are responsible for that content and must ensure it is lawful. We may remove content that violates this EULA or the law.

9. Updates

We may provide updates, upgrades, or changes to the App, including automatic updates. Some features may change or be discontinued.

10. Data & Privacy

We process limited data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this EULA or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXAM STUDIOS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE APP.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exam Studios from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this EULA.

15. Export & Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted country or on any restricted list.

16. Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the store from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Google Play). In case of conflict, store terms may apply in addition to this EULA.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

This EULA is governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the competent courts located in Be’er Sheva, Israel, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

18. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA. The latest version will be available at https://exam-studios.com/eula.html with the effective date indicated above.
