1. Summary

We use third‑party SDKs: Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing.
Data is used for: showing ads, usage analytics, crash diagnostics, and processing purchases.
We do not sell personal data. Your study progress, saved questions, and answers are stored locally on your device (SQLite/files) unless stated otherwise.

2. Data We Process

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob. It may collect device identifiers and context signals to show and measure ads. You can reset/limit ad personalization in Android settings.

4. Analytics & Diagnostics

Firebase Analytics aggregates app usage events without direct personal identification. Crashlytics receives crash diagnostics. We use these to improve stability and quality.

5. Purchases

Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. We do not receive or store payment card details. We store technical purchase data (e.g., tokens) to grant access and restore purchases.

6. Legal Bases

Legitimate interests — analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, app security;
Contract performance — providing paid features and subscriptions;
Consent — personalized ads where required by law.

7. Storage & Security

Local study data remains on your device until you delete it (by clearing app data or uninstalling).
Analytics/ads data is retained by respective providers (Google) under their policies. We apply appropriate safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Limit personalized ads in device settings.
Limit analytics (if the app offers a setting) or via OS privacy settings.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed by our providers (Google) on servers in various countries with appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The latest version will be available at https://exam-studios.com/privacy with the effective date indicated above.
